Interview
Interviewed by two managers simultaneously. The interview was fairly laid-back and had a relaxed tone, but they seemed serious about ensuring the skills I brought to the table matched those required of the job. Mostly standard questions, some situational/hypothetical along with the regular walking through my resume/skills.
The interview concludes with a writing sample as well based on a prompt given to you right before, so come prepared to write.

The interview process was not impossible but it was thorough and put your mind to the test. You are asked how you would respond to several scenarios and they aren't the typical "What would you do if Mr. Smith was upset?"

Interview
Very casual and friendly interview, and the interviewers really put me at ease. I was interviewed by two people, and the tone was mostly about getting to know me and getting a sense of whether I'd dealt with relevant situations before, like dealing with tricky customers. There weren't really any tricky questions, just standard stuff about my resume and experience.
