Initial Phone Interview was rigorous and accurate with full disclosure of job duties, expectations and realistic salary and earnings potentials. This was handled by the GSM personally.
Secondary interview was in person and at the Beaverton office. This interview was held in well appointed conference room and was not only an interview but was also an open-floor Q&A forum about the company, history, ethics, vision and advancement possibilities.
At the end of the second interview, I was introduced to the owners directly.
