Brandefined interview questions

I was asked to come in for an interview relatively quickly after applying. I'm really glad I read through reviews of this company on Glassdoor and Indeed beforehand--everything that people say about the owners of this company is true. For the interview, I was asked to come in and meet the team, but I spoke only with one of the owners and all it took was those 20 minutes to realize what a horrible culture Brandefined has. The guy was a jerk. Simply put: he told me he pays people as little as humanly possible for the work that they do. Joke or not, that is not something you should say in an interview and I do not want to work for someone like that. I got that attitude throughout the 20 minutes. Months have gone by and every day I'm relieved I passed on this job. Save yourself and find another company whose owners care more about their employees.

Initial Phone Interview was rigorous and accurate with full disclosure of job duties, expectations and realistic salary and earnings potentials. This was handled by the GSM personally. Secondary interview was in person and at the Beaverton office. This interview was held in well appointed conference room and was not only an interview but was also an open-floor Q&A forum about the company, history, ethics, vision and advancement possibilities. At the end of the second interview, I was introduced to the owners directly.
