1. I had a call with a manager, talking about experiences, goals, company values, etc.. 2. Assessment. Create an API. 3. Final interview. In the final technical interview, I was quite surprised! That were not technical questions. Instead of it, they asked, "why did I create a so complex architecture for a simple problem?" I was confused because it was a test to prove and show what I could bring to the company. So I explained the reason I did such a thing and that was it about my assessment. After that more questions like "how did you see yourself in 5 years?", "Three qualities about yourself? ", "what values are you bringing to this company? ". I was quite confused because I kind of had already had this conversation with the manager, and he was okay with my answers. To sum up, my feedback was that I was not a match because, I have worked with new technologies, azure, microservices, functions, events, etc.. and it seems if you want to have a transition developer for a lead position in the future the company doesn't have a place for you at all. It seems the team would like to have a mediocre developer. At least it was what I got as feedback!
