I am from a Hotel; Management Background and the employers first question was, " Why Events"... He also assessed my skill sets being in the people management section and therefore I fit the job role of Operations. Initially I was put in client servicing so that i could understand the clientele better. Soon I was moved into production to learn the nature of work on ground and now I head the design and operations team.
