Quick to schedule. Video interview with one person obviously in a bedroom (maybe use a filter at that point?). No substantive questions. More of why they are different. No asking how my qualifications aligned or what I could offer. Why schedule an interview if you are just going to talk about yourself and not actually interview the person whose time you are now wasting?
