      Leasing Manager Interview

      10 Jun 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Greenbelt, MD
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bozzuto (Greenbelt, MD) in Feb 2010

      Interview

You meet with the recruiter at the corporate office out in Greenbelt, MD. If she/he likes you, she/he will refer you to the manager of the property. You then meet with the property manager and go from there. The application process is very quick, you don't submit an actual application until after you get hired. I suppose that keeps the recruiter's closing ratio higher. The recruiter is not all that friendly or personable to be honest. She seems brainwashed into repeating over and over, "this is a great company to work for," and I suppose it is since she's been there for quite a few years. The initial interview I had took about 15 minutes because she felt that my salary requirements were too high, she tried her best to not laugh in my face. The offices are pretty young, most employees are in their mid-twenties at the newer, high-rise buildings. I think the employees are a little older at the garden-style property. The reason why I accepted was because I needed a change and the recruiter convinced me that the company is growing rapidly which is a good sign.
