I applied in-person. I interviewed at BoxLunch (Kennesaw, GA) in Aug 2016
Interview
The Interview was rather informal, I could make light hearted jokes during and it never felt like a real interview (other than me putting on a bow tie, which was I told to be a bit overkill later). (Changes in management were going on when I applied)
I walked in, asked if they were hiring, obtained an application, filled it out, came in, was told I'd be contacted within two days for a follow up, after not being contacted I went back in got an interview for the next day (4 days after getting my application, hired on the spot.)

Applied online and got an email back within 3 days asking me to answer a few questions. Got another email back within a week saying they would like to set up an interview with me and to call them during their business hours to set up an interview.
Really chill asked questions about experiences my lifestyle and pop culture influences and other general interview questions really easy going and easy to understand and talk to asked fun and serious questions. Was a walk in after applying online and interviewed me on the spot.
