Boutique Education interview questions

2 rounds of interview. First round is an online interview and second is at their office. During the second round, their previous interview overran significantly, and I waited for about 45 minutes. Was also told that I would be offered a position, and a contract would be sent to me for a review. However, after following up with them on email, I was informed that I was rejected. Unprofessional on their part. Should have been upfront about it.
