Question 1
I was asked if I had a book that I would reccommend that everyone should read and why. I thought it was a unique and interesting question...it helped me relax a bit and I am sure it helped the interviewer see a more personal side of me.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bottom Line Systems (Fort Mitchell, KY) in Aug 2018
Interview
The Company’s HR representative was friendly, helpful and exhibited excitement in guiding me comfortably through the process. Each of the three in-person interviews was conducted professionally, while still at a comfortable, personal level. Each representative of the company I had dealings with displayed excitement both for being employed by BLS and for bringing me into the team. It was a truly refreshing alternative to the typically nerve racking, often intimidating interview process. I was anxious to begin my employment, and they definitely went above and beyond to help me make that happen.
After such a smooth and inviting interview process, I’m even more excited to begin my career with BLS!
