I applied online, got a notification and a text message for an interview, talked with the hiring manager (she brought up my hopes by saying"you are the first one on my list of applicants. I had a great conversation with you. You look very attentive and are a sweet girl. We will contact you in the next 48 hours." They rejected me 48 hours after lol.

Very easy! If you have experience you are set. With any service industry job make sure you mention your time management skills and how to properly prioritize. If you don’t have experience, BP is a great place to start.
