Boston Partners Financial Group interview questions

Had a few conversations on the phone with senior management and 2 meetings in Andover MA before an offer was made. Everyone seemed very professional and polite. You have a series of various meetings with senior management and one with the CEO who will ask you some point blank questions on your ability to sell and build a business.

I was asked to come in after meeting a rep at a career fair. It took about two weeks from the initial meeting to be asked to come in and I schedule an interview from another two weeks out. Everyone I met was extremely personable and excited about the work they were doing.
