First round: phone screen: What's your background and why do you want to work here?
Second round: on-site interview (I had to do a presentation on my previous project, the whole group was watching). Then I met about 6 people, each 30 min, just conversations about their experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital (Boston, MA) in Dec 2010
Interview
at 9:00am meet with one data manager and one physician. They asked a few questions about my work experience and my programming skills. They tell me more about the position. Then I meet with the director. The director introduced the work enviornment and their hiring status. The director also asked about my programming skills.
