My interview was scheduled by Nivedha from Staffice Global.
Office located opposite of new horizon college. The office is only in one floor. There is only one room to conduct interview. As it was occupied the HR took me to a conference hall. After some time a person came and started asking questions in Java and SQL. Once finished hr told you are selected and need to come for the next round . After that next round is scheduled in October. I went to their office 30 min before the scheduled time. Interview was scheduled at 3pm. But the interviewer came around 5pm. He also repeated same java questions. He told that the position may not be java lead and they are working in a new technology called hybris. One important thing he told is that there is no Lead kind of role here every one are supposed to do coding other wise they will be sent out. After that discussion HR told that I am selected and the director wants to talk to you over phone. Director interview was scheduled on Oct 3rd . I didn't get call on that day. Then rescheduled around oct 4tg 4.30 p.m. i got a call from their Pune office on 3rd october. He told me clearly that the position is for a hybris developer and not for java tech lead. After that he asked some java questions and then stopped abruptly. He doesn't look like a director as he was asking me why to use @required in spring . Very simple unwanted questions.
On 9th october i got a mail from Nivedha, the consultancy team that I was not selected for further rounds. What I felt is that they are conducting interviews to waste our time. They don't have Java tech lead position . They are conducting interview without any purpose.
