Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, followed by several rounds with the supporting team - sales, services and technical/product. Had to do a 30/60/90 plan for the hiring manager. In addition, reference check was required as the final stage prior to an offer letter.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boomi
Interview
Felt like a waste of time and I was only included to be part of a number. They already knew who they were going to offer the role to. It was obvious in my interview with the HM, where they didn't even take the time to ask about my experience, just asked surface level questions to pass time it seemed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boomi (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
Interview process was quick: recruiter, hiring manager screen, and meeting with a few members of the team. I didn’t get a clear sense of the actual job through the interview process and someone mentioned they weren’t sure why they were on the loop and that had just been recently hired. I was rejected after that interview which felt unfair.
It seems like they are a fast growing company that’s not sure exactly what they want or need.
