Boomering Web Developer interview questions

Interview took more than a month before hearing back from them. If I haven't messaged them for an update, they would just leave me hanging that they already filled the position. The process would take a week or more per interview process. They also low balled the expected salary which makes the job post's salary description irrelevant.
