Interview
The online application process was a little bit strange. In addition to filling out the actual application, I had to fill out a questionnaire which seemed like it was a mix between an ethics test ("What would you do if you saw a fellow associate stealing...", "What would you do if a customer wanted....", etc.) and an IQ test (a smattering of logic, reading comprehension, and even a basic math question or two). I heard back from the company extremely fast -- within two days -- and was granted an interview later in the same week. The interview was rather quick and very low key. It is very clear that the biggest thing that they're looking for is hiring people who can sell BAM's discount cards and magazine subscriptions, so I suggest you familiarize yourself with these two programs before the interview, and maybe even expect to give an impromptu pitch to the interviewer as if he or she were a customer.
