I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bon Secours in Dec 2013
Interview
I was contacted by Bon Secours within one week post application submittal. I had gone on a total of three interviews, two with immediate hiring managers and one with a practicing physician. The overall interview process was amazing! I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel comfortable in the physicians' office. I was told, in great detail, what was to be expected of me as an incoming LPN. All staff members, from the patient care technicians to the physicians, were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.

Question 1
The most difficult question I have trouble answering is the dreaded, "what are your weaknesses?". I have become so in tune with my positive attributes that I found it somewhat time consuming to come up with (and somehow turn into a positive) a weakness of mine.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bon Secours in Apr 2012
Interview
I was interviewed after being observed in clinical, the overall interview was very informal. I had the position before it was posted. The longest part of the entire process was waiting on HR. You also have to travel do do health screenings and it would been nice if they did them on site.
