I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bon Appétit Management (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview process was easy for me when you have loaded work experience in the food and beverage industry. They wanted to see if you can do the job, how well you work in a team environment and serve potential customers while working under pressure. It took me 1 day after interview of receiving an offer. The whole hiring process and orientation took about less than 1 month before they told you when you start working for this account. It is a contractor catering company, so new hires and new workers will get confused on how the process works. It may take time to get used to it but work smart and hard, get to know and work well with other employees, management and superiors will definitely give you a faster transition & work your way up to the culinary field.
