3 stages: telephone, face to face and job preview. Face to face was lengthy, whilst the job preview was again more interviews and 3 pretend calls. Seemed very drawn out and lengthy but at least they get back to you whether it is an acceptance or a rejection

It was 3 stage process. Firstly a telephone Interview with questions relating to personality, situational judgement and behavioral traits. Secondly was the Formal Interview which was a development of the Telephone Interview and finally a Job Preview.
