Bombas Assistant Designer interview questions

I went through 4 interviews total, speaking with the Recruiter, Designer, Director, and VP. The first 2 interviews were over a phone call, and the second two were on a video call. They all asked different questions and were all very kind.

Had two phone interviews over the course of two weeks. Both went very well. Was called in for a 3 hour interview process the following week. Proceeded to interview with 6-7 employees in the office. Thought the process went very well. Followed up multiple times trying to get a response. Was ghosted every time. Seemed very unprofessional of a company that seemed very down to earth and really cared about their employees. I though they'd have the dignity and professionalism to actually send a rejection message, rather than ghosting.
