There was a total of 3 interviews. One of the interviews was a mock live chat. Final interview was in person. Multiple leads and hr reps were present. Total time spent in interviews was 1 1/2 hours.

During the mock live chat they asked you to assist them with a tectonically issue as if you were Geek Squad.

Interview was straight forward. I was interviewed by the HR Specialist and 2 Managers. Lasted for about 30 minutes or less. You basically have to prove that you have the experience by describing scenarios.
