I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bojangles' (Sandy Springs, Fulton, GA) in Jul 2016
Interview
FIRST OF ALL , THIS BOJANGLES IS UNORGANIZED! I applied online, i called them several times and talk to the manager and also shift leaders in the store. Eventually I was told to come in for a interview. When I got there to be interviewed, the manger wasn't even there to interview me, instead a shift leader interviewed me, which a few days later i found out she wasn't suppose to. During the interview, the lady was telling me how they really need night people but I've been trying to work there and I feel like for a restaurant that need more people , is ignoring people who are trying to work there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bojangles' (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was very easy asked simple questions I got the job on spot. I had applied like 3 weeks before I got the interview but I re applied and they called me within 3 days. The only bad thing was the manager was late to the interview. Other than that she explained everything that was going to happen from there on out.

It went very well. I explained my experience. The manager asked several questions as to the role I would be doing and if I thought I could perform these duties. Very nice and made me feel comfortable.
It didn't take very long and the manager was a very positive person in my ability.
