Overall very behavioral/situational interview, no hard technicals and open and understanding interviewers. Have heard of others getting stress and strain questions for more technical positions to brush up on the chart and formulas.

Interview
Applied in early February, got an email for a panel interview early April. Interviewed with a panel of 3 managers on webex the following week. Interview was STAR method, 5 questions where I used previous scenarios. Fairly straight forward, be yourself and speak about previous experiences ( I had full time experience). The interview seem to have gone well the panel was easy to talk to. Their cameras were off so I had no idea what they might of been thinking. Recruiter reached out with an offer a week later. I counter offer around 5% increase and got it.
