Called for a phone screen and then scheduled for 2 rounds of interviewing with the manager and the team. It was standard STAR/story telling questions. It was clear the manager was new to her role and not prepared to interview which l found shocking.

Contract role; contacted by a staffing agency. Eventually went on to interview on site after the phone screening. Three person panel. They asked about 4 or 5 behavioral questions. Found out I got the job the next day.
