First, was the screening. As many employers conduct a preliminary interview to determine whether you're a viable candidate for the job. Bodies in Motion did just that, the screening was conducted over the phone. Second, was the interview. It was done face-to-face not virtually. Their goal was to get to know me and assess my skills and experience in relation to their needs for this particular role. They were also looking to get to know me to determine if I will fit in with the company's culture.
