Quick response and made you feel comfortable. There wasn't a lot of prep work but definitely know about the company because I don't think that they would hire you if you didn't because that looks really bad and as if you didn't really care about getting the job.
I met a Bobcat engineer at my school. We talked about the bobcat company and turned out he is a manager of an R&D team. I told him my background and experience, then he asked me what I was interested in. I got in touch with the HR person and accepted the offer later.
