Extensive and focus is ensuring you are the right fit for the position. There's an emphasis on your experience as it relates to the JD. And they hire based on your expertise in particular areas they require for a project.
On the spot, I was made to know I got the job. Then we talked about salary and in less than 2 weeks I got an offer letter and statted in the next two weeks.
