I applied online. I interviewed at Bluevine (New York, NY)
Interview
Received an email from HR about interviewing with the hiring manager. No HR screening.
Spoke to the hiring manager for an hour and had a very pleasant conversation.
The next day, HR asked for my availability for a second round. I responded promptly, but never heard back. When I followed up, they said they would get back to me with a time, but they never did.
Got a rejection 2 weeks later.
In my opinion, the process was unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t tell the candidate they’re moving forward and then go back on it.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bluevine (Jersey City, NJ) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process at Bluevine was straightforward and to the point. The structure, amount of rounds, and timeline were all clearly explained on the first call. The company responded with updates, feedback, and follow ups in a timely manner. Anna and Fanni from recruiting were very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. They were both a pleasure to work with. This interview process was fair and gave off a positive sense of what the company is like.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked about responsibilities and tasks in my previous roles and how those related to the needs of the role they were hiring for. I also had to answer some basic technical questions to prove competency in those specific skills requested.
