I had a phone interview. They check your communication and problem solving skills. They interview you as if you are working already and they are the customer. You want to use manners, be very detailed and upbeat. Dress in Business attire, anyone who wears Jeans are an automatic no.

they asked me questions, they allowed me to ask questions. they did the drug screen and background check. the building was cleen and parking was easy to find. Inter view also started on time.

Interview
The interview was pretty laid back. They asked standard interview questions and gave a detail description of pay, insurance, vacation time, etc. It was more of a conversation; they made me feel as though we had been friends for a long time. The supervisors did compliment my attire and said many people do not dress in business attire.
