In order to apply for the job you call them and when they call you back they go through a short interview to ensure that you are at least capable for the position. Then they schedule you for an in-person interview. The impression is that it is going to be a one-on-one interview but it is not quite that way. You are in a group of 3 or 4 and you fill out an application while you wait. There really wasn't any interaction with any of the employees of the company as they all seemed pretty busy. Then they take you on a tour of the facility and then have you sit in a conference room and watch a sampling of their video products as they talk to individuals one-on-one. When they interviewed me the young woman asked me about my previous experience and if I was able to handle quotas and expectations and a couple of other questions. She then offered me the job on the spot and handled me one of their video products in order for me to get more familiar with their work. The interview questions were very short and I was surprised at the speed of it all. I told her I needed to think about it and she said that I had until the end of the day tomorrow to get back to her.
