I interviewed at BluePrint Research Group in Sept 2019
Interview
Process took a full day: Typical several rounds of case studies. One presentation to prepare in advance. A couple behavioral interviews. One senior team member was very rude and condescending and was looking at their phone at one point. The only person who seemed interested or passionate about what they were doing was a senior partner.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BluePrint Research Group (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
1st round interview was fairly simple, CV based. However after that I did not hear from them, I was told the assessment centre would be on a particular date so I kept in free in case. They did not send me a rejection email, rather I had to chase them up asking for an outcome. Very unprofessional.
I applied through university. I interviewed at BluePrint Research Group
Interview
I sent my CV and cover letter, and was invited to a phone interview a week after. The interview itself was competency based and not so difficult. I was told in the interview, that the assessment centre would happen on a certain date so I kept the date free just in case. Three days before the assessment centre is due to take place, I still have not heard anything about the outcome. I send emails and calls to the company, however they are unanswered, finally I manage to get through to the HR manager who tells me my application has been unsuccessful. No feedback at all was provided, just a generic 'good luck with future endeavours'. Applicants should not have to hunt down a contact address in order to track the progress of their application. The experience overall was unprofessional.
