Initially had a phone screen and that went well. Initially gave introduction about company, Couple of algorithm questions and then immediately i got on-site interview request. When I went there, it was pretty casual interview rounds and finally i got feedback saying i was rejected. I have no idea why they rejected me. They had no idea why they were hiring i guess. Overall experience is negative. They should improve the standard of interview process and feedback process.
