I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Yonder in May 2017
Interview
A grueling 3 virtual interviews and 2 phone interviews, background check and personality test. I then had to complete a design exercise which took a few hours to complete. After all this was done they took weeks to even respond back to my message and opted to give me a cookie-cutter response as to why they decided to not move forward with an offer...
After probing them for a real response they finally gave me a reason and it was because they weren't ready to support position here! A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! Don't waste your time they obviously don't respect it. If you give someone a background check after everything is complete an offer is expected.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Guwahati) in Dec 2012
Interview
It was an On-campus (IIT Guwahati) recruitment and the procedure was segregated into six consecutive stages.
1. Initial resume review (around one month prior to the interview)
2. Company profile demonstration (on placement day, 30m)
3. Analyzing skills and expertise by given task (1.5h to 2h)
4. 1:1 interview (2h to 3h) which includes portfolio review, given task analysis, discussion on Thesis Project and written papers, research interest and background overview
5. HR interview (15m to 30m)
6. Decisions deceleration by the company and experience sharing
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Seeing the hypothesis of my thesis project interviewer whispered "I don't thing you experiment can reject the Null hypothesis (H0)." and certainly asked me "Do you think your experiment has the power to prove alternative hypothesis (H1)?"
