You meet with the manager where they will ask behaviroal questions. After they will ask for your availability and give you an orientation date which is when you'll also get you training schedule.

The interviewer seemed very inexperienced. When they asked how many hours I was looking to get each week, I told them I wanted 40 but they told me that there was no way they could give me 40 but after a few weeks they could get me up to 30.
