This was the first time my interview was scheduled right away without even talking to the recruiter, which was quite strange because usually the recruiter reached you at first and get the information related to salary your work etc. I gave my interview, it was very technical, the interviewer was good but had lots of distractions, he was interrupted almost 5 times in 45 min. My interview went quite well and I was expecting a positive response. After 3-4 days when I did not hear back from the recruiter, I reached her out to get an update, that when she called me and asked me on my visa status, I said yes I will need sponsorship and she very easily said, Oh! That’s what I wanted to know, the company is not sponsoring. That is it, there was no sorry or any kind of apology. This should be been discussed in the very beginning not when I have given the video, they should understand that they are not only wasting my time but also the interviewers time and even if this was done, they should be at least apologetic. Sad that few recruiters do not perform their duty well.
