Screening interview was strange - read the JD word for word, asked 3 basic behavioral questions, interviewer couldn't answer any of my questions about the team, the position (beyond the JD) or the teams that interact with the position. Even though I had relevant industry experience and most of the skills in the JD, I received a decline email in less than 24 hours. I sensed from the jump they already had an internal candidate and were checking HR boxes.
