A week after applying, someone from HR reached out to schedule an interview. The scheduled time came and went and the interviewer never called. Reached out after the call and he said “got pulled away, will reschedule”. No apology, no regrets. Rescheduled to another day the following week and the interviewer again failed to show up with no notice and again asked to reschedule hours after the scheduled time. I provided times to reschedule, and never heard back. Now when I apply for positions, I receive instant rejection emails. Who would wanna work for a company where interviewers can’t bother to show up?

I applied online, then a phone screen with a recruiter, then another with a technical background screening before moving to the final round.
I really don't care how Blue Origin advertises their culture and company and how much they care about "diversity and inclusion", but if you make someone prepare 3-4 days for an extensive interview process, then at least have the decency to inform the candidate of the status of the hiring process. I was told I would hear about a week later and here I am, 2 months later without a word. I reached out multiple times and had no response.
I don't know why companies don't get it. All the interactions with the recruiter (who refused to reply to any of my emails after the final interviews) and the wonderful interviewer who called me for the technical screening are now all in the toilet. The ONLY thing I'll remember about this company is that they ghosted me and I'll never apply to this company nor refer anyone to work at this company.
