Interview
no feedback is a waste of your time, if you are an educated PhD and apply to this role, there is a very low chance of getting the job and keep in mind you wont be getting any feedback so there's very little for you to obtain from the very long interview process, which is like 4 to 5 steps with a presentation that you would have to prepare. so as they are not paying for me to interview, this was a huge waste of a professional's time. keep away, you can spend that time else were and actually develop your skills even after they ghost you.
