They were overall very positive and excited towards me. I made it through each round having really studied up on my questions, practicing presentations and showing the skills that make me shine. I think they appreciated that. I accepted the offer after having a poor experience with SpaceX. They offered more than I am currently making and promotion.

1st round with the recuiter, 2nd round is the last round with 4h technical interview with 4 different people. 2 mechanical engineers, 1 hiring manager and last on is other team

Typical Blue Origin interview process
First 1-on-1 technical screening with engineer. Talk background and simple technical questions
Second panel interview + 40 minute presentation (3-4 hrs total). Mostly topics related to specific role, but expect to know fundamentals in all subjects (structural, thermo, fluids, gases,etc.)
Focus on "why Blue" in the presentation and the importance of their mission to you.
