I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Origin in Jun 2020
Interview
Got the initial phone call with the recruiter, then moved on to the technical phone screening, but did not get the final interview. The technical phone screening varied from the hiring manager that I was talking to. In one phone call, I was not asked any technical questions and more on my experiences that I described in my resume. On another phone call, I was given a few questions regarding fundamental equations and processes specific to the job description. I would recommend brushing up on the fundamentals (depending on the position) to prepare for the technical phone screening.
They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.
Standard industry interview process. 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with manager, and 1 hr with a panel. The process from the first interview to an offer was quick.

Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
