I had quick screener call over the phone and then an interview a few days later. It was a casual conversation and they were very friendly interviewers, with the expected questions.

Had a prescreener call before hand where they collected basic information and did not ask if I had questions, then moved to a zoom interview where I was asked various questions surrounding my organizational skills and deadline approaches, not asked about company
