It was a standard phone screen with then an in-person interview. From there, you are given a couple of different tests and a long wait until the final in-person interview. It took them several weeks to answer. The whole process was very standard but slow.

Very long and drawn out process. About 4 months, start to finish. Very slow to advance to next steps, but very quick to give tests- which included an extensive design test and 500 question (not kidding) personality exam. Job has been reposted close to 15x since, which leads me to believe they are just looking for free spec work, not an actual hire. Or they're extremely picky. That all being said, the interviewers were all very nice and seem like a pleasure to work with.
