The first phone interview is very easy. Unfortunately, I panicked during the interview and did not end up getting invited back to the second round, but I think if you use the other suggestions on Glassdoor and are relaxed, you should definitely do a lot better than I did. Goodluck.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

Interview
4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
