Interview
-First Round: Phone Interview: Motivational questions as well as questions about the company.
-Second Interview: In-House Interview: technical questions, exam on excel (v lookup, concatenate, pivot tables..), brain-teasers and very few motivational or competency questions.
-I was expecting a different kind of questions. I felt that I was being interviewed for an IB/or a Consulting Position, as I had a case study and more than five brain-teasers.

Question 1
-The difference between a good and excellent customer service.
-Why do you want to work for a tech company?
-Why do you think that customer service is important?
-How would you describe a good manager?
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.
