Personality based to ensure you would be a good fit then technical on market knowledge regarding current financial sector such as bond market, stock market etc....they desired a full scope of knowledge on all products
Interview with HR discussing role and how my experience as a relationship manager can translate into the role. It was fairly straightforward to learn my motivation and if i would suit the role.
Few stages starting with a telephone screen. Remain curious and personable throughout. It's worth more than knowledge. Learn a little bit about the product you're looking to sell. You'll be ok.

Challenging, grilled by two senior sales reps on several topics. No technical questions, almost only motivation. They want to make sure you're committed and mentally ready for the job and the 6-months training.
