I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Oct 2010
Interview
Submitted my resume with the career development center at my university. Got an email to set up an interview a few days later. The interview was 1 hour long. It was mostly questions about the industry and my knowledge of the markets in general. I was not asked any behavioral questions. I dressed appropriately, for the interview, a business suit, but the interview was in a skirt that came above her knees, a long sleeve plain shirt, and flats. She did not look as if she had taken much time into trying to make a good impression on the students interviewing.

Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
