Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Dec 2014
Interview
I only had a phone interview, which was relatively easy. It took no more than 15 minutes. In an hour I was notified the interview was successful.
The questions HR asked were basic and company specific. You are supposed to know well what does the role imply, what company does, etc. Also you should demonstrate how your experience and skills profile match to the position you applied to. They are looking for bright, goal-oriented, skillful candidates, inspired about what Bloomberg does. Typical questions:
-tell me about yourself?
-what attracts you to financial data company / why Bloomberg?
-what do you think does this role imply?

Question 1
What methods do we use to validate company data? What accouting transactions are used to recognize the purchase of PP&E on company's B/S, P/L, CFS?
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.
