The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (City of London, England) in Dec 2009
Interview
First I applied online, just posted my resume and the next day they fixed me up a phone interview to a 2 days later. The phone interview lasted for 30 minutes and at the end they scheduled a 1-1 interview in my country. 1-1 passed really well and the guy gave me positive signals about it. After a couple of weeks, HR invited me to an interview in London which lasted till15.30. First I spent time with Analytics team, then Sales Team. After that I made a 1-1 interview with European Sales manager which was also a good experience for me. However, in the last interview there were 3 people, of which one of them kept asking me weird questions like why did u do that why did u quit that job, why did u choose this major when u were 18, etc. I somewhat got stressed and lost my control over the interview. There would be the last interview with the HR, however they send me instead and said that they will return in 24 hours. The next day at 8:15 am they sent me a "Thank you" letter and stated that they would not offer the employmentship. I hope they will at least pay my flight tickets , but still did not get answer about that!!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What you did you like the most in your previous jobs
Interview with HR discussing role and how my experience as a relationship manager can translate into the role. It was fairly straightforward to learn my motivation and if i would suit the role.
Few stages starting with a telephone screen. Remain curious and personable throughout. It's worth more than knowledge. Learn a little bit about the product you're looking to sell. You'll be ok.

Question 1
What would you say to a prospect that tells you your product is too expensive?
Challenging, grilled by two senior sales reps on several topics. No technical questions, almost only motivation. They want to make sure you're committed and mentally ready for the job and the 6-months training.
