I applied through Bloomberg's website and was invited to a phone interview (fit questions, why Bloomberg, and financial markets news). Next phase was an assessment centre at their office with a simulation exercise (testing customer service and prioritization skills), a group presentation, and two interviews (with Team Leaders in the morning, and Managers in the afternoon). The overall process was quite quick and HR were very efficient, helpful and attentive. Still missing the final interview.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process
