All in all, very helpful, they made an effort creating a comfortable atmosphere
There is some time between the different stages but they tell you straight if you are one round further
Many different stages and it's important to know the company really well and to be up to date with the news, if any policy has changed you'd better know that.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

Interview
4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
